Ochsner Health System is Louisiana’s largest nonprofit, academic healthcare system, providing care across 40 owned, managed and affiliated hospitals and more than 100 health centers and urgent care centers. With such a vast network and varying regional marketing needs, Ochsner’s existing blog, To Your Health, serves as the branded umbrella under which its content marketing efforts live. From there, the content is used to fuel a variety of service-line-focused digital campaigns, frequently migrating to dedicated landing pages.
In addition to designing the look and feel of To Your Health, C/A produces campaign-focused, consumer-friendly content for Ochsner’s content hub, service-line landing pages, digital campaigns and more.
Branding & Web Design
Thanks to our years-long partnership, we’ve gotten to know the Ochsner brand as it has evolved. As a result, we’ve been tasked with creating identities for new and existing services that borrow from the existing brand guidelines, while pushing the envelope. For example, the websites we designed and developed for Ochsner Performance Training and Ochsner’s genetic screening program give each service their own look and feel without straying too far from the familiar Ochsner aesthetic that consumers in the region have come to know.
Content that Encourages Action
The original articles we create for Ochsner don’t only provide valuable information to readers. They also guide users to take the next step by providing clear calls-to-action.
It doesn’t stop at creating good content. Together with the Ochsner team, we produce content-focused lead generation campaigns for a variety of service lines — from obstetrics to primary care to cardiology. Each program leverages content from To Your Health to create an informative, user-first experience. The campaigns are also fully integrated into Ochsner’s CRM, feeding all lead data into the system so that the team is able to measure the effectiveness of each effort.
Our work with Ochsner also includes a variety of email design and development, including segmented campaigns that deliver customized information to targeted audiences. Whereas one series helps expectant mothers prepare for birth, another offers sports injury tips to patients at different life stages. And while the messages vary, the goal is always the same: drive action by leveraging quality content.
