We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Social Media Producer to join our growing agency. This hybrid or remote position is based in Phoenix and only open to candidates in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, New York or North Carolina. Working hours are standard office times; however, deadlines may occasionally stretch this further.

Please do not apply if you do not have at least 2 years of experience as a social media content creator, producer or similar role in house at a company or, preferably, at an agency.


Job Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Conceptualization: Harness your creativity to generate fresh and impactful content concepts that resonate with our target audience while aligning with our clients’ brand identities.
  • Engaging Copywriting: Translate complex ideas into succinct and engaging copy that captivates the audience, elicits emotional connections and encourages meaningful interactions.
  • Visual Storytelling: Develop, produce, and curate high-quality and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including but not limited to images, videos, GIFs, infographics and interactive posts.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our talented design and digital marketing teams to create integrated content campaigns that tell a cohesive brand story across various platforms.
  • Multimedia Skills: Proficiently operate relevant software and tools for content creation, graphic design, video editing and other multimedia tasks.
  • Platform Management: Manage and maintain the content calendar for different social media platforms, ensuring a consistent posting schedule and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner. Foster meaningful interactions with followers to build a strong online community.
  • Trend and Data Analysis: Stay ahead of emerging trends and leverage data-driven insights to refine content strategies, ensuring that our content remains fresh, relevant, and effective.
  • Content Scheduling: Utilize social media management tools to schedule and automate content distribution, ensuring posts are published at optimal times for different time zones and target demographics.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Content Producer or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous successful social media content campaigns.
  • Experience in graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of current trends in digital marketing and social media.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform content strategies.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong time-management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling and adapting as necessary
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with clients and team members from design, digital marketing and account service
  • BA/BS in design, English, journalism or marketing preferred
